Dixons Retail Group came to us to redesign their service brand Tech Guys.
The brand challenge was to turn an unloved ‘add-on’ to an essential and valued service that would increase margins.
Our view was clear. To change consumer perception we would need to change the proposition ‘from the inside out’. So we redesigned the experience itself, the training colleagues received, key points of the customer journey, the identity and language. And the name.
The resulting brand ‘Knowhow’ is currently being rolled out nationally.
